In addition to the usual academic program , the following subjects will be taught in and outside the classroom ( Theory/Practice).
1. STEWARDSHIP
Acknowledgement of God as the ultimate owner.
Identity
Personal responsibilities/obligations towards the community
Elements of management and leadership
Accountability and Transparency
2. RELATIONISM
This subject will be taught to empower students to understand that Public and Private life can and should be seen not just through the financial and economic lenses but through the lens of relationships. Relationship affects community development and cohesion, and personal well-being and health of the society. Interdependence of life will also be emphasized.
3. LEADERSHIP
Elements of Transformational leadership
Calling/Purpose: Every individual is created with a purpose
Incarnation: Sharing the common experience of the people.
Reflective ability: Constantly defining the reality of prevailing situation for self and for the community.
Contextual : Understanding the local context
Global :Understanding the global pluralistic, urban economic and political landscape and it’s effect on the local situation.
4. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Skills to work with individuals in order to effect communities’ position within the context of large social institution.
These four subjects will be taught at there elementary level in the primary school, while the secondary school students will engage in advance studies of these subjects

* In aanvulling op het gebruikelijke hoger onderwijs zullen de volgende onderwerpen in en buiten de klas onderwezen worden:
RENTMEESTERSCHAP
Wij erkennen God als de eigenaar van al de aardse goederen
Een identiteit geworteld in Christus
Rekenschap afleggen en transparant zijn
Persoonlijke verplichtingen aan de gemeenschap
Managementvaardigheden en leidershap
RELATIEGERICHT
Dit onderwerp zal onderwezen worden om de studenten te leren dat het openbare en priveleven niet alleen door een financiele en economische bril moet worden bekeken.
Relaties beïnvloeden de ontwikkeling en samenhang van de gemeenschap, het persoonlijk welzijn en een gezonde samenleving.
Wederzijdse afhankelijkheid zal ook worden benadrukt.
LEIDERSCHAP
Transformationeel leiderschap
Roeping / doel: elk individu id gemaakt met een doel in zijn leven
Niet voor de lokale bevolking maar met en door hen
Bevorderen van reflecterende vermogens in samenhang met de persoonlijke situatie en de gemeenschap.
Contextueel: gebaseerd op de lokale context
Globalisme: Begrip krijgen van het effect van het globale pluralisme, wereld-economie en politiek op de lokale situatie
ONTWIKKELING VAN DE LOKALE GEMEENSCHAP
Ontwikkelen van vaardigheden ten behoeve van de ontwikkeling van de lokale gemeenschap
Alle bovenstaande onderwerpen zullen zowel in de basis- als middelbare en hogere school onderwezen worden elk op hun eigen niveau.
